International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
 

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and EyeCandyCouture.com wants you to have a smooth return and exchange process.

If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return non final sale merchandise within 10 days from the day you receive the goods for a delivery for a merchandise exchange or a full refund minus a ten (10) percent restocking fee, minus the shipping charges.

Upon receipt of returned goods, EyeCandyCouture.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. EyeCandyCouture.com is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
