How do I return an item?



We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and EyeCandyCouture.com wants you to have a smooth return and exchange process. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received - NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

Sale Merchandise is Final Sale.

If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return non final sale merchandise within 10 days from the day you receive the goods for a delivery for a merchandise exchange or a full refund minus a ten (10) percent restocking fee, minus the shipping charges. Upon receipt of returned goods, EyeCandyCouture.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. EyeCandyCouture.com is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
